Registration for Include 2009 includes:

  • Entry to all conference sessions
  • A Welcome reception on Sunday 5 April
  • Entry to the Healthcare On The Move private view on the evening of Tuesday 7 April
  • Lunch and refreshments during the day
  • Conference programme and abstracts book

Standard fee: £465

Early bird fee (now closed): £415

Authors fee: £415

Corporate attendance: £415
Up to three people from one organisation may attend, at different times. No more then one corporate delegate may attend the conference at one time, though all are invited to attend the welcome reception.

Review committee: £230
Members of the review committee are eligible for reduced registration in recognition of their work for Include 2009.

Publication only: £175
Open to authors who cannot attend the conference but who wish their accepted papers to be published in the on-line proceedings with abstracts published in the conference programme. The on-line proceedings will be ISBN validated.

Private view, on the evening of 7 April. All delegates welcome.

Gala dinner
A Gala dinner will be held on Monday 6 April. Tickets are £25 each including wine.

Students, Charities and one-day tickets
Due to the limited space available for the conference we are unable to offer one-day tickets. We are also unable to offer a student or charitable organisation discount. However, if you are interested in attending Include 2009 you may apply to become a member of the secretariat. The Secretariat will help the organisers in providing information to delegates, way-finding and other support duties. Wherever possible we will ensure you will be able to attend your preferred sessions. Please contact us to find out more.

Refund policy
As from 25 February 2009 the conference programme has been finalised and no refunds will be given.
